The service is provided without warranty during beta. Don't rely on it as your only monitoring tool yet.
Pricing, feature availability, and tier limits may change before general availability.
You won't use UpCheck to monitor or probe systems you don't own or have permission to monitor.
You can cancel any time, and we can suspend abusive accounts at any time.
